I am visiting town for the holidays and wanted to get a blowout since I didn’t bring much of my own hair products from back home. I was able to book an appointment 48 hours in advance and am SO pleased with the service. I typically go to Drybar for blowouts but I think I prefer ulta more! My stylist was so kind and nice and did an amazing job on my hair (which is not always easy since it’s pretty thick and long). I recommend coming here if you ever meant a blowout or to pamper yourself :)

Amy was the absolute best! I have curly hair and it’s so hard to find a stylist who is willing. She was so kind and sweet it felt like I was talking to a friend! Would recommend her 100%

Amy was really lovely, and she got me in with very little notice for a haircut. I didn’t even know Ulta did haircuts before today when I googled who would be open after I got off work, but I’ll be back. I have a bad habit of twisting my hair on one side to the point where it gets uneven, and she’s the only hairstylist in recent memory who didn’t make me feel at least a little weird about it. She made me feel really comfortable and is also fun to talk to, which is a nice added bonus. Everyone I spoke to at this location was very sweet. It has a nice, non-judgmental atmosphere. This was my first time visiting any Ulta and the customer service here deserves 0 stars for this location. I walked in and passed by three associates, no welcome to Ulta at all or let us know if you need any help. I was in the store for approximately 20 minutes and not one associate came to ask me if I was finding anything ok as I needed some assistance. However, I definitely witnessed them going up to a few other customers that came in AFTER me with assistance without asking. The clerk who checked me out was ok. Nonetheless, I don’t want to make assumptions on what type of customer receives what type of service. The store was not packed as there weren’t a swarm of people, but they appear to need customer training on approaching all customers, not just the ones who look like them. Thankful

It has all your beauty supply needs, and a lot of advertise deals. Just be careful if you’re watching your dollar and trying to be on a budget make sure to catch their mthly advertisement on the Internet because you can get some good deals.
