My daughter had her haircut with Ms. “Candy” and we had a wonderful experience. Service started right on time, and they were wonderful with my daughter, being gentle with her hair, and making her feel like the most important customer. Very sweet. The haircut and styling were also done very well and we would absolutely be back. The store itself was very clean, staff appeared to be attentive with other customers, and a store associate opened another register when they noticed multiple customers forming in line. Thank you Candra for the great service and also helping a dad learn about the best products for her hair type.

Julie is amazing up in the front all the other workers around in the store seem to be clickish and not very personal! Julie needs to rub some of her awesomeness to hee co-workers! Ty Julie

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at Ulta Beauty thanks to Mackenzi, the Merchandise Manager, and Monet, the Beauty Advisor. Mackenzi was incredibly helpful—she walked me through a series of perfumes like a personal fragrance specialist! She took her time, shared her knowledge, and made sure I found scents that truly fit my style. When I got to the register and mentioned it was my birthday and that I was with a veteran, both Mackenzi and Monet gave me world-class service. Monet was gracious, hilarious, and made the entire checkout experience fun. It’s the little things that make a big difference, and this team made my day extra special. I’ll definitely be returning to this Ulta Beauty—thank you for turning my visit into such a memorable experience!

I had a terrible experience at this ULTA. There was a perfume that I was interested in but they had no tester for people to smell and I brought it up to a worker and she didn’t do anything about it and was just gossiping with her co worker.Not trying to be petty but how do you expect people to purchase anything with those actions.

I had a pickup order I placed with this Ulta tell me why I had to be sent to this big line. What’s the point of pick up then …. I could’ve went and got my product for the time I was waiting for this line.
