Employees were friendly, many products had the testers missing or the sprayers were broken. Hard to test products. The checker was on the company land line phone talking to another customer (see pic) and was completely ignoring us checking out. That is a bad policy, take care of the customer in front of you first! I wouldn’t go back to this location.

Our stylist Ellen was amazing! She pierced my daughter's ears and she was so kind and charismatic! My daughter was completely at easy and Ellen made the experience wonderful!

Lillian was my cashier and that was the most unpleasant experience. I work with the public and would never show that kind of attitude, rudeness or annoyance with any customer the way she did. She tossed the receipt at me. She caught attitude with me over incorrectly typing in a pin to a gift card. 10/10 will never step foot in this business again. Hope she has the day she deserves.

I got lost trying to find ulta.There is no outside sign. So I didn't know it was inside the Alexandria La, mall.It sits across from Versona that I also didn't know was there .The Alexandria mall needs more advertising. There are a lot of stores that a newcomer like myself didn't know existed.

I have been here a couple times and today, Miss. Taylor was amazing, she helped me so much finding what i needed and took her time to find the perfect concealer for me. She also really cared about what i needed and ask for my opinion when testing the products to see which one was the best. Amazing employees they were so nice and i will definitely go back more often.
