Selection was great, minus not having an angle nova tester out which I really wanted to get a second smell of. But I was able to test ALOT of fragrances, when it came time for asking to unlock a cabinet, and when there was none in of the travel size she checked up front and found some. Another worker put makeup on my daughter while the 1st one helped me smell some others based off notes, which is honestly a 5/5 already. I didn't feel judged or anything and it was a breath of fresh air.

My appointment was confirmed on my phone and I found out the girl I went to no longer works there. They were puzzled as to how that could be; however, they were able to accommodate me.

I went to Ulta Beauty for a haircut, hoping to blend my extensions with my natural hair and get a trim. The stylist, Anita, did the opposite of what I wanted. Instead of cutting the extensions, which was the main reason for my visit, she left them untouched. The haircut itself was a disaster. It looks like she put my hair in a half-up, half-down style and just chopped off the ponytail. Despite telling me to avoid heat due to damage from previous highlights, she used a lot of heat on my hair for no reason(I also did not ask for a style she just started doing it without a conversation) and then upcharged me for a hair mask I didn't ask for. I went to ulta yesterday to grab a cologne for my husband i wanted something specific that i knew he would love.. so I asked one of the ladies for help i have her the bottle, and she took it to the front desk. To another lady that could open the case for me. When she came back, she gave me a Cologne. Then I thought it wasn't it so I said I don't think it's that one, and she kept saying, yes it is! this is the one they gave me. And I said, are you sure? Cause i just wanted to be sure, And she said, With a rude tone, i'm not gonna argue with you like this lady was mean and unprofessional. I was just trying to get the right one and I wasn't sure if that was it, but I don't think that's the way that these employee should treat customers. Only complaint is they don't keep an eye on available samples especially the perfume which was gone for a long time. Cant tell you how many times I've come in to try something specific and the tester was empty...no sales person I am not placing an online order or driving to Toledo to test a fragrance. Really glad they are adding so many new brands though, could do with less celeb owned + more clean brands.
