Love this store! Zach gave me the BEST advice with my Estée Lauder double wear foundation. I was looking crusty and all of a sudden it was waaaay too heavy and he suggested that I put a drop of the advanced eye repair serum to it and it has worked wonders! Thank you Zach! I hope you get a raise because we need more Beauty wraps out there like you especially for those of us that are aging and being betrayed by our own hormones!! Ask for Zach next time if you’re struggling, trust me.

If you haven’t already, I strongly urge you to book a hair appointment with Chase! I went in to correct something I didn’t like about a previous haircut (done elsewhere), and I’m so glad I did. I will now be his regular. No need to look any further! He took the time to really listen to me and understand my vision. He also took the time to perfect everything, and I appreciate that. It turned out EXACTLY how I wanted it, if not better than the inspo photos. Strongly recommend booking with him, he will not disappoint! I’ll definitely be back, thank you Chase!

Visited the Hiram store yesterday and another AMAZING experience with the very knowledgeable staff at this store. I was assisted by a beautiful younglady named NANA! She was so very helpful with a couple of skincare regiments that will make my life much easier. She also enlightened me about other services that are offered at Ulta, i.e. waxing and other professional services. I will be headed back on tomorrow for waxing and a possible haircut. Thank you HIRAM ULTA for ALWAYS bringing your 'A' Game!

When I visit a store, I don't do so with the intention of spending 10 minutes arguing with the cashier that the product that I ONLY SELECTED because of it's sale.. is on sale. Ya'll work here. Ya'll should know what is on sale and what is not. That paired with the fact that the entire time I'm browsing, I have 3 or 4 employees breathing down my neck. Awful experience. Will not be back.

Let me say that I was a bit nervous for someone to touch my hair since we moved here in Georgia. Boy I’m glad it worked out perfect !!! I was scheduled with Nicole and I am very happy! I had a wash, Cut & blowout and quite happy how it turned out. It looks like I found someone! Yeyyyy! In addition, Zach was very helpful to find a hairspray for my hair . Yes ! Happy lady here!
