I absolutely loved what Steven did with my hair. I'm booking with him again next month. He did exactly what I wanted to my hair and made the whole experience amazing. He also recommended this amazing brand that gave my hair exactly what it needed. Also the salon manager was phenomenal with helping me book this appointment over the phone.
I drove 45 minutes to this store today! Walked in the door, at closing time and asked could I please grab a powder right fast. Yes, I realize it’s closing time but no one can help? Can they not make an exception? Just be nice? They should not have had the door unlocked if they didn’t want anyone walking in. The employees were standing around at the front and all yelled noooo at me. Not one offered to help, not one was even the least bit nice. Just a group of employees not wanting to work anymore. Not one wanting to lift a finger to do anything. This store really has snotty employees that act like they don’t want to help half the time anyway. I’m done with this store. I’ll drive to Gadsden from now on. This has got to be the unfriendliest and worst Ulta. Just worked 13 hours last night so
Omg these employees are awesome such a great job fixed my daughter up for her last prom .the manger over salon is so amazing and deserves Great Praise. I had the worst experience getting my hair done yesterday. I booked my appointment online with 3 services, all over blonde, the cercerd scalp treatment, and a make-up lesson. I arrived at 11:15. I told Jacquline I wanted to go blonde with dark roots, I was previously red headed and she told me it might be hard to get to the blonde I wanted. Which I responded that was fine, she assured me she would try her best. I wanted blonde all the way up to maybe 3-4 inches of my roots. She instead put blonde highlights in( took 3 hours) then proceeded to put the brown in. Rinsed my hair. At this point it is now 4. She then proceeds to do my roots and the pieces she missed of my red hair. It is now going on 6. She then blow dries my hair for almost 45 minutes. She never gave me my scalp treatment, and
Genuine, question… do the employees there hate their job? I’m a regular customer. I’m there more than I’d like to admit. I tend to do pick up orders and many times I’ve had the app say an item is in stock then my order be canceled. I confirmed with an employee if there was an issue with the app and their inventory and she said sometimes it doesn’t automatically update or it isn’t 100% accurate. I’ve called a few ulta’s and they’re very nice about checking an item for me. I called today and the girl who answered was very rude. She told me to refer to the app in a condescending tone (which mind you another employee stated app is not 100% accurate) so I give her the info. She huffs/puffs and goes to look for it.
