I just want to say I can go to any Ulta in NJ but this Wall location is my favorite spot. I used to do my hair myself and mess it up pretty badly because I'm no hair dresser The past year or 2 I've been getting my hair done by Lorenzo and I can tell you he's made me feel more confident in my own skin providing his services with an absolute game changer of hair dyes and cuts hes done to my hair even guiding me with the better hair options I should buy to use at home instead of the wallmart brands shampoos or conditioners I was using. I personally can't change my mind of going back to my old ways with using the worst box dyes. I love recommending his services to all my family and friends his end results are truly what makes my self esteem so much more confident if you need your hair done or

Amanda did my hair and she did an incredible job! It’s been weeks now and the amount of compliments I get on my hair is so sweet!! She really knows what she’s doing and was so nice! Store was beautiful and clean 2 stars because of the awful customer service. Y’all want us to send $25 on an eye or lip liner try helping us around this store. This was my first time in this store and I was so excited. Your workers crushed my dreams. I probably will check out the one in Alexandria VA because this location after 5pm was the worse. Do you guys know people Actually spend more money, when they get good customer service. And I work in sales so I know. This was by far the worst experience going into a store. At this point, I could’ve just shopped online. What’s the point of me going into the store if I can’t get decent customer service. I only spent $75. Emily does my brow wax every 2 weeks. She is the best waxer I have ever had. Emily is so helpful and has outstanding customer service. I always leave the brow bar loving the way my eyebrows come out. Emily is very professional and always walks me through every step of the eyebrow service. She makes sure that my eyebrows are exactly what I want and she gives me outstanding results every single time. Emily is also very gentle so it makes the wax experience pain free and such a pleasant experience. If you’re looking for an eyebrow wax, Emily is your girl! She always impresses me with her beautiful work!

Emily did an amazing job on my brows! She took her time mapping them out perfectly and made sure the shape complemented my face. I also really appreciated that she gave me an under-eye mask during the appointment and it made the whole experience super relaxing and calming. When Emily did my brows, I didn’t feel any pain at all, and they came out looking clean and natural. Definitely recommend her if you want someone gentle, professional, and precise!
