This is one of the best hair, beauty salon. The people who work here are really very amazing. They talk very nice with all the customers. They are very open minded and ready to do all types of design. Whatever you may bring. I really feel very happy and go back every time and I highly recommend this saloon to everybody. Please go and check out their really worth for money. They really do all types of style whatever you required and it is very safe and very hygiene and the store also very clean. I got my hair cut here nearly a month ago July 22 to be exact and the lady in the 3rd seat did a horrible job my hair was cut uneven and was not in the style I requested . My hair required 1/2 in curlers she tried to curl with a regular flat iron and burned me the whole time she was curling my hair . When I said something about it she kept saying it was just the steam but it wasn't, then made a comment saying I had childhood trauma . She was very unprofessional she never communicated nor asked questions to ensure she was styling my hair correctly while doing my hair. And I also had to yell at her to move her hand so I can see in the mirror. Shelly is hands down the best hairdresser. I have been going to her for weaves for years and she never disappoints. She also sell bundles which i have bought frequently great price and they don’t shed. If you are in the Queens , Long Island area she is your girl. Love her down ! The shop is clean and everyone is super friendly. Highly recommend
