UB SPA NAILS

I’m a business owner, and I have to say, this place has hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. From the moment I walked in it was clear that the staff didn’t want to be there they were unwelcoming, dismissive, and completely inattentive. It felt like they were doing the bare minimum at best and they made no effort to make customers feel valued or comfortable. It seemed like they couldn’t care less about quality or professionalism. As someone who runs a business myself I know how important customer experience is and this salon fails on every level. Honestly I would strongly advise anyone looking for a professional experience to look elsewhere—this place is a nightmare from start to finish. I made an appt for a dip manicure, which they have apparently stopped doing but did not remove from their menu. When I got there, instead of telling me they’ve stopped doing dip (she told me at the end instead), my tech went for it, and it’s terrible. When I asked to add sparkle because the dip was so uneven, she did it, but used regular polish on top of dip, so lord knows how it will stay. It looks terrible, and they were so unwelcoming that I won’t even go back there to fix it. The second star is really only because the salon itself is very clean and pretty. So if you want to go and look at the decor, go for it. If you want your nails done, maybe try somewhere else.

Really nice environment and skilled techs, but not a good customer experience with Angie, no greeting and was clearly in a rush. My no chip was scrapped off so roughly layers of my nail came up and made them even weaker. When the no chip didn’t lift right away, she kept sighing. I asked her for a dark blue/showed her the color on my toes and my nails are gray. Overall didn’t feel welcomed or appreciated for service.

Love this place 💅❤️ I’ve been to many nail salons but UB Spa nail is the best one in Glenview;) It is my go to place;) Reasonable price, clean and contemporary facility with friendly staffs who knows what they’re doing (if you know what i mean😜) My daughter and her friend got their manicure done by Jenny last friday and they were suuuper happy and loved the swing so much. Her nails still look fresh. Highly recommended just go there and experience it yourself!!

LOVE this place! I have been going to Jenny for years! She does an amazing job on my gels! She is always having me try new colors. Everyone there is very nice. Always welcoming me with a smile. Highly recommend!
