Ua Salon and Day Spa

I went to here for an emergency appointment as one of my nails had broken and didn’t have the time to go my normal tech. the lady at the front desk was great but when it came to my tech…..I should have just kept my broken nail. I asked for basic french tip stiletto nails. I got almond nails & the shape is uneven. the lines are the french tips are uneven. too thick on some sides and messed up lines. and the coat is soooooo thin! I can see my natural nail through the acrylic!!! I was trying to conceal the breakage of my natural nail but I can see the split through the nail!!! I have never had anything like this before. Will not be coming back. going back to my regular tech.

My daughter and I went to this spa for manicures. I explained to the lady at the front desk that my daughter is highly allergic to most nail polishes and to please use the vegan products we brought. They ignored our instructions and used a regular basecoat and in addition to the vegan product we brought in. When the nail tech was prepping my daughter's nails and doing the cuticle part of the manicure she actually cut my daughter. The cut bled and the nail tech covered it up like nothing had just happened although my daughter saw the blood. Because the nail tech chose a non vegan base coat for her nails, as soon as we got home, my daughter's hands turn red and were inflamed. I gave the people there specific instructions to not use NON VEGAN PRODUCTS. I am extremely frustrated and upset with

Went there to get my dip manicure. Not my first time, so I was familiar with the process. The nail tech was doing weird things, her supplies looked old and clumpy. I noted that to her and she said she would file to smooth everything at the end. 2 days after, chunk of one nail fell out, the others are chipping on edges! Just waste of my money. Don’t waste yours

I’ve given UA Nails two chances, and unfortunately, both visits were disappointing. The first time, I thought maybe I just had bad luck with the technician. I decided to give them another try with someone different, but the workmanship was still poor. It’s not really about customer service—they’re polite enough—it’s just that the technicians aren’t skilled. While I was there during my second visit, another customer came in asking for a specific technician. When she was told that person wasn’t available, she immediately said “absolutely not” and walked out, saying she only trusts that one technician because the rest just aren’t good. I had to agree.
