U Nail Spa

Don’t make an appointment here!! On October 27th, I came here and they did a terrible job. The person who did my nails didn’t disinfect the tools she was using. By Wednesday, October 29th, I noticed the acrylic nail on my pinky was starting to lift 🫠, and today, November 1st, my nails look awful. I asked for a French manicure, they charged me $75, and I even gave a $15 tip. The girl who did my nails was holding my hands like she didn’t want to touch them. Honestly, a salon should be a place where you feel calm and relaxed, but I swear I will never come back here again. It was my first and last time at this salon. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

I have 3 cuts on my hands, she didn’t even say sorry. I wanted a french manicure with this color, she made it seem like she didn’t know how to do a french & it was too busy to ask anyone else to do so. She automatically went with a clearer pink when I asked to see the other colors she said that is what people usually use, I said well not everyone likes the same things. Will never be going there again.

I did dip power and 3 days later they started lifting at the cuticle and all came off SO EASILY. This was a result of poor application. I came back to get them re done since they all came off and I was going to be charged $15. Although not ideal, I was okay with paying $15 since i know materials were being used. She asked me if I wanted to pay tip and I said no. I paid for my original set, gave a tip, had to come back and was willing to pay $15. She said the worker will not be paid because I didn’t pay a tip which is ridiculous because a tip should be optional. She ended up arguing with me and not charging me the $15 due to her pettiness and unprofessionalism. Will not be coming back.

Everyone was very kind and they did a amazing job on my nails. It was a wonderful experience the person who painted my nails was very skilled and she put so much care into getting me the best result possible. I would definitely go again!
