U B Nails (Youbi Nails)

Today I went for the 1st time and they overcharge me. I asked them to cancel the transaction and to charged me again and the owner Kim told me that she was going to file a police report against me so I called the police myself and waited. At the end She was all wrong because she they were overcharging me do to language barriers. I will not recomen to go there because that is not the way to treat a new or old client.

Went for an ombre powder fill in. Same lady as last time starts my nails then pulls out acrylic. When I asked for powder, same as last time, she shows me about 10 colors. Left with my nails undone. First couple times I got a full set then a fill-in from the same lady & it was nice. Not sure what happened this time.

My partner and I had our manicure and pedicure at Youbi nails My partner, who has a disability, feels comfortable and respected whenever Kim and Katy are working at the salon. He especially loves when Kim shares her travels. They always look out for him and make sure he loves his manicure and pedicure. One of my favorite nail technicians is Katy. She's friendly, focused and knowledgeable about nails I love katy's work --- always giving me a great manicure and pedicure. Today was another good day at the salon. Katy shared some information about her country of Korea. The weather is similar to the US, but Korea gets more snow. It's a 15-hour flight to Korea on a jumbo jet—exciting! So I came to get a Pedicure, with the price they charge 45$ was already more than what it needed to be, however since I’m getting things done last minute for a event, I stood. As I’m getting my toes done, no soap no nothing was added to the water and my feet was barely touched, just stood in plain water and painted all for a price of 45$. If it was up to me I will shut this place down since they charge prices and can’t match the work of the price. YA GOT TO DO BETTER! This place if a rip off and lazy.

Passing by the store on June 23 2025, overhearing the store owner being disrespectful to the nail techs and harassing a because he didn’t want her waiting in the store for her ride. It was 100 degrees outside. SMDH! No respect for its patrons!
