A very luxurious experience from beginning to end! Upon arrival to the very tasteful reception area the check in process was quick and efficient. I was offered wine, champagne, or water once checked in. Being a little early in the day, I took a water. I was early for my appointment, and once checked in and settled, my therapist Crystal took me back to my treatment room and left so I could undress to my comfort level and get situated under the (very high quality) sheet. The massage table was more comfortable than most, with thick padding and the usual adjustable “donut” for my face at the head of the table.
