Two Elite Nails

The place is clean but the owner/ manager Grace seems disorganized and doesn’t know how to schedule properly. I made my appointment for 5 pm. No greeting at the door and it took a while before Grace actually addressed my sister and I. Only 5 staff members on site, all busy with customers, and Grace practically rushed me out of my seat after my pedicure to open up a spot for another customer that came in for a 5:30 pm pedicure appointment. My sister, who came along with me and had separately scheduled her appointment earlier for 5:15, was still waiting to be seated at this point to get her manicure and she ended up waiting around 40 minutes. By the time she was finally seen, I now had to wait for her nail lady (Ana) to be done with my sister so that she could do my manicure as well. I notic

Never coming back here lol! The lady (Ana) was so unprofessional and did not talk to me during the whole appointment. She didn’t ask what size I wanted and immediately cut my gel nails without asking before. The result was terrible!!!! The sizes and shapes were different and so poorly done. I paid $80 for nothing. Do not recommend.

I have tried to give this spot a few chances but just can’t do it anymore. They are expensive for a sub par job and don’t treat customers the best. It is especially terrible if you walk in. I would not recommend! Walk down to Bergenline and go to one of the salons there. Much better service, quality and prices. Here are some of my experiences with this salon (and this is just a few): The first time I went, they chipped one of my toe nails and had my feet looking terrible. To compensate me for my troubles, they told me to come back and get it redone for free but when I came back, they didn’t offer me the free service. Last night was my first time at the salon and it was a wonderful experience . Very clean ,friendly staff and beautiful nails . I am very pleased with this salon . I recommend them 💯 percent . If you want a great place that makes you feel welcomed and appreciated please visit them you will be as happy as I am

I truly enjoy going here I love the clean atmosphere, soft music no harsh Chemical smells in the air & the owner is very Courteous at times offers tea or coffee and the also have the reward points for every $$$$ spent you can get a free manicure or a luxurious spa pedicure with your points so try them out if you haven’t visit make your appointments asap🥰
