Way overpriced for what you get. Never answers the phone (I have texted 13 times last year to no reply) I guess she just has too many clients to get new ones. 95 for a retwist is ridiculous I've had it done better for half that. Every single appointment i had to sit there in my car for about an hour before the lady doing my hair even bothered to show up too.

Nivea is awesome. Although I am a stylist myself she taught me a lot about my hair. Let's be honest it's hard to focus on your own when trying to take car of your own. My first experience with her was great and I am now a loyal client.

Loved it! Clean, friendly people. My girl fixed my hot mess hair. She did a phenomenal job!! I have dreadlocks and I went in to see if she could fix them. Thinking we would just have to shave the whole head, but nope! She fixed me up all perfect again. Service was incredible! Everything was clean and sanitized. Definitely would recommend!!

This was definitely the best natural hair care experience I ever had...and this is almost my third year on my dreadlock journey. Many people aren't really educated on natural hair. But, Mrs. Nivea is a true professional. She really goes above and beyond!!! I've leaned so much in just my first appointment. Thanks again Twistykinks! My hair looks great!

Nivea is a godsend to the world of hair! I cannot express my relief at having found such a talented woman who not only keeps her talents natural, but she is also widely knowledgeable. Believe me, I have walked into many shops, both black and white, yet not one stylist would touch my dreaded blonde Caucasian hair before finding Twistykinks. She is professional, flexible, humorous, family-oriented and an all around Good human being. I would suggest any and everyone visit Nivea with questions or concerns. She will know what to do and keep you looking at your best wether you have black hair, white hair, or anywhere in between.
