My overall experience was a 10/10. The ambiance of the place is warm and inviting. I was greeted with a smile and Ms. Constance did an awesome job on my hair. She also educated me on my hair type and gave tools I can use when caring for it. I would highly recommend using her service.

I am very happy with my Stylist! She's caring, so humble, and passionate about her work. The way Mrs. Constance washed my hair, Lord have Mercy; she washed my soul. I'm here to stay. I call her the Loc Dr.!!! Mrs Constance products are amazing. So gentle,my hair smells good, and her products aren't heavy at all. Thanks hun!

If there was a zero star, that's what I could have given this place!! I felt so unwelcome and to top it all, my appointment got CANCELLED when I was already SITTED there and she had started the job on my hair. She told me she couldn't do it that day because she had clients that day despite having booked and waited for that day for over 3 Weeks. I had to get up, my head not even 1/8 way done and go home! She actually did it in front of another client! I wondered 'was I not a client?' I wish she told me not to go the evening before, because I had called her to confirm the appointment!! I could not go anywhere that day without headscarf! Go at your own risk if you are a first time

Listen. I am 55yrs old and my hair has never been this healthy, strong and beautiful WITHOUT the assistance of any relaxers or blowouts, curling irons etc….. y’all know what I’m talking bout.Constance, the owner and creator of “flo Naturals” cares about my hair. She is also a great educator, I have never been so informed about my crown. I’m never going anywhere else. You should absolutely go and sit in her chair. She’s got u from there, just go sit in her and you and your hair will never be the same 💯

Very professional and the wigs are beautiful the place is very clean and inviting. I purchased a wig they took me to a private room fitted and styled the wig to my head while serving me a glass of champagne. I felt so special this is definitely my new place to shop wigs.
