First time at TW. Just got my hair done today by Hannah G. I booked an appointment for balayage and haircut 2 weeks ago as I read the reviews and had not been in an actual salon in almost 3 years. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted prior to starting the service. I additionally wanted some peekaboo pink highlights. After she rinsed and toned my hair the first time, it looked VERY orange.I brought this to her attention and after she put a few pink foils in, she toned it again. Was hoping that would help, but unfortunately, it did not. I said something to her prior to leaving, and she said we would have had to go lighter and that would have damaged my hair-which I understand; But, had I known I'd be walking out with orange hair, I would have chosen a different style/color. Made an appointment. Showed up. Place was locked. Tried calling twice. Left a message. Never have heard anything as to why I was not called to cancel my appointment nor called with an apology or anything as to why the place was locked & not even the decency to call me back to say anything.

My experience stunk. I had an appointment with Zotti at 10:30 am. The door was locked. I called and left a message and that was 2 weeks ago. I didn't even receive a courtesy of a phone call. Terrible way ro run a business

My Girl Zotti be doing her thang at this place!!! She has been cutting my families hair for at least 5 yrs now & would not go to any place else for getting our hair cuts. And the color jobs she does OMG AMAZING!!! If y'all haven't checked her out you need too. Best place in town for multiple services. I don't think there is anything she cant do... Check Them Out ;)
