I had an appointment Friday at 5:20 and asked for a simple trim, and a face framing. I very clearly and repeatedly requested that Amy not touch my bangs. Unfortunately, despite saying this multiple times, she cut them anyway. She added layers to my bangs and even cut shorter sections into the side of my head that I never asked for. The whole time I was in there she kept pushing me to get my bangs trimmed and I am led to believe that she knew she had messed up and tried to hide the issue On top of that, the haircut itself was uneven, and I had to fix parts of it myself when I got home. The whole appointment felt rushed, and it really shows in the final result. She did not even check the length or to make sure it was even. I took my son to get a haircut and drove 30 minutes from Castleton, VT. It was absolutely worth the trip—his hair came out exactly how he envisioned it. We’ll definitely make the drive again!

We have been here a few times now. The staff is amazing. They are kind, timely, enthusiastic and generally fun to talk to. The building was nice and clean. The environment is light and fun. They had great customer service. The pricing is clear and fair.

Always very professional, always will talk about what she is planning to do to make sure we are on same page. Works quickly, so if you have a tight schedule, she will make sure you will be able to get you out in time. You should appreciate the end results.
