This place is a joke. Don’t waste your money or time. I booked 3 weeks before my appointment. No where on the site, booking confirmation or reminders does it say the client is responsible for bringing hair. The stylist arrived almost 15min after my appointment started and then told me to reschedule because she had another client scheduled in between my appointment time. The stylist and staff were rude, unprofessional and unapologetic. I’ve heard rumors about this place but I put that aside and decided to give them a chance. Never again.

Went for a consultation with Jas and showed her the style I wanted. She showed me what hair to get for my style and we scheduled an appointment for Saturday, May 10th at 11:30 a.m. Walked in and was greeted by the very pleasant staff. Ciara (sorry if I misspelled your name) washed my hair and it was heavenly! I asked for spring twists and showed Jas what I wanted. It was EXACTLY what I wanted and I love it! It's so easy to maintain. I have (finally) found a great stylist! The whole space is a vibe with great music and friendly banter.

I don’t normally get my hair done, I like to do it myself. My hair has been through a lot and doesn’t need too much manipulation. However, whenever I need to give my arms a break, I can always count on Twist’d Textures. No matter who does my hair in there: Bryan with the crochets, Meeka with an amazing color, or Jas with the twists, cuts, trims, wash and go’s and absolutely everything else in between, I come out of there absolutely perfect. I couldn’t have conjured it myself. They are truly masters of their craft and I am so thankful for them. I highly recommend 100%. Twist’d textures is magic!

I received two recommendations for this salon and its owner for the hairstyle I was looking for, and I had my hair done there several years ago. I do believe they do quality work but I was not able to get a response after attempting to reach someone on more than one occasion. I left 2 or 3 voicemails and the last time I called, someone texted and asked if they could help me. I texted back asking for the specific style and provided photos. I was not even given the courtesy of a response.
