I scheduled a 2-strand twist appointment with this stylist after reviewing her pricing online, which listed a range well below what I ultimately paid. My hair is short—barely reaching my shoulders—and I have received the same service at other salons for $80–$120. Upon completion, however, I was charged nearly $200 with no prior notice, no itemized receipt, and no explanation for the discrepancy. When I politely inquired about the difference, the response was abrupt and dismissive: “That’s the price.” No effort was made to clarify additional fees, product costs, or styling charges. Communication was equally unacceptable. I called the stylist more than 20 times and sent a text message to inform her I would be running slightly late due to unforeseen circumstances. A very nice salon, clean, aesthetically pleasing. Kiki washed my hair, be careful she may put you to sleep the way she massages your head. Mimi can probably compete in the Guiness book of world records, for the fastest retwist. Her parts are impeccable, I’d say she’s top 2 and she’s not 2. There’s also a cute furry friend, who shows you love unconditionally thru out the whole experience. Overall 10/10 experience, reasonable prices. Highly recommend! I was a walk in, turned regular.
