Melanie and Raven are a wonderful mother/daughter team. They know what they're doing and it's the only place I go to do my hair. I've been elsewhere in the past, and I've always had to go to them to fix it. :)
My wife has been coming here for years. We travel over an hour once a month because nothing else compares. The service is amazing and all salon services are superb! They truly treat their customers as family.
Called to ask if they take walk ins or appointment, the guy refused to get me in on an appointment after I asked twice. It’s crazy the a 45 sec phone call lost a customer and his business that could of been a long relationship.
Melanie has been my hairdresser for over 30 years. Great place and wonderful people.
I love Twin Palms. They always treat me like family, and always make me feel amazing.
