TVO Nails Spa

I visited this nail salon on a trusted friend's recommendation, hoping for a refined and elegant nail design for a wedding. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. The nails I received were uneven, awkwardly shaped, and honestly looked like claw tips rather than a professional manicure. I made it clear I needed a chic and modern style for a special event, yet what I ended up with was so poorly done that I felt embarrassed. I actually had to remove the nails immediately afterward because they were completely unsatisfactory. The service I received did not match the price I paid at all, and I left feeling that my money and time were wasted. am genuinely dissatisfied and hope the salon takes this feedback seriously, as no customer should have to go through this, especially for

TVO nails was a fabulous experience, they took me in same day and I left with my nails looking just like the inspo picture. John, Tina, and Jenny are sweet and very attentive to my needs. Will be returning ASAP! Come to TVO for the best nail and spa care in the South Florida area!!

The service and work was absolutely amazing! I called on a Sunday evening after 5 and someone answered the phone immediately. To have a salon up after 6 on a Sunday is such a relief. Jenny was such a sweet heart and did so well in my eyebrows. John was responsible for my pedicure and manicure, I will def be back as a returning client.

This place is absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, the customer service was to the T. I called in last minute before they closed, and they were still able to get me in, which meant a lot since I had a special event coming up. I told them exactly what I wanted for both my pedicure and gel nails, and they completely delivered. Tina did my pedicure and was so sweet, attentive, and made sure everything was exactly how I asked. John did my gel nails and was absolutely amazing, even though it was close to closing time, he took his time, paid attention to every detail, and never made me feel rushed. Highly, highly recommend this salon! I’m definitely coming back. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had. 💅🏼✨

I had a great experience at TVO nails. I did acrylic manicure and it’s beautiful. John was working with me, he was really polite, carful, and hardworking. It’s really one of the best sets I had, I definitely recommend this salon. All the workers were amazing, and were nice enough to give me some water. If going to get your nails, I would definitely suggest this salon!❤️✨
