Turning Heads Hair & Nails

Started my appointment with being told my stylist was going to be cutting bangs on another client during my appointment, so after my hair was washed and conditioned I sat in her chair with wet hair waiting for her to be done with the bangs. I had asked for layers and face framing pieces in the front. During my appointment I was told she had just started the previous day and that she just graduated from the barbering school.(I was referred by another stylist at a different shop to go to the owner for my haircut, then was passed off to the stylist who cut my hair because the owner was not going to be in).
