DISGUSTING..If I can give a zero I would . I walked in there 10 minutes late for my appointment AFTER CALLING AND TELLING THEM I WOULD BE 10 MINUTES LATE . And as soon as I walked in the first thing she said was “I’m not gunna curse I’m gunna hold it in “ like what ? Who says that to a customer ? And then i proceeded to say well that’s not very gracious of you because I also work in the service industry and understand things happen (like my gps taking me the wrong way 2 time) and then she proceeded to tell me to get up and get out of the salon. NEVER AGAIN will I come back especially because she was complaining about my ethnic hair my first visit ..And working in this industry I hope the owner will one day have more grace and understanding.

Everytime I've gone to Turning Heads I have gotten the best haircut. Both Gina and Tina know what I'm looking for. They are both very friendly and professional. I have never heard a bad word about them and would recommend them anytime...

My girlfriend had the worst experience here first off, she kept calling my girlfriend‘s hair, ethnic hair, as if they only do one type of hair there and she’s annoyed that she had to deal with my girlfriend‘s hair, it comes off very racist and that was the first visit ….the second visit she was late a couple of minutes and the woman basically was trying to stop herself from cursing my girlfriend out as she walked through the door talking about she’s not gonna curse at her and then my girlfriend said it wasn’t graceful how the woman was acting because it was coming off very mean and rude and my girlfriend is the type that is very nice and the woman had the nerve to tell her to get out the chair and get out totally unprofessional she’s came home very upset for the night

Went today for perm and it came out perfect,nice and loose like I wanted it. My husband loved it. And I don't have to do anything with it, just wash it and let it go.

I love Gina and her place! She's been doing my hair for years and I know I will never be disappointed! Her prices are great as well. Highly recommend her shop
