However, since the new owner, TuNurka, took over, my visits have significantly decreased. I’ve noticed that her prices are quite high, which doesn’t seem justified, and unfortunately, I’ve also found her to be somewhat unprofessional in her manner. Recently, I visited the salon to have my hair pin curled for an upcoming event, choosing to go there because one of the stylists is excellent at blowouts and the alternative salon was too crowded for my schedule. Warning Against Discrimination at TuNurka Beauty Palace I feel compelled to share my troubling experience at TuNurka Beauty Palace, which I believe reflects a pattern of discrimination based on sexual orientation and race Upon entering the salon, I was met with strange looks from the staff, which made me uncomfortable. When I asked about the pricing for a hair wash and treatment, I was quoted $55 by two employees. DO NOT GO HERE ! Worst experience of my life THEY RUINED MY HAIR ! They Unknowingly put perm inside my conditioner and my hair is falling out and my curl pattern is gone ! The staff is disgustingly rude 0 STARS WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY !

First, I need to start off by saying I suffer from traction alopecia & the woman understood me and catered to my needs professionally! I was extremely pleased with the services🤸 and the price I paid was ONLY $40 for wash set cut & conditioner🙃♥️ I was pleased with my hair so much I treated my mom for wash set & color which was ONLY $50!! Yes..... The blow drying process do burn a bit but, I expect that when getting my hair blow dried. This place is great & won't hurt your pockets!!

NEVER COMING IN HERE AGAIN ! First and foremost they didn’t greet me or say anything to me from the time I walked in and sat down. I had to walk up to the lady and ask how long for a wash and set and then she started to service me secondly she washed my hair and then told me to sit on the couch. AGAIN, it wasn’t until I ask how long for a roller set another lady tells me ohh you don’t want a wash and blow I said no I want a wash and set she then says oh but you’re natural we do wash and blows on natural hair I told her I do roller sets all the time on my hair. She then says ok and then tells the other lady to roller set me after I was sitting there for at least 15 mins.
