I can’t recommend Ashton enough. She creates such a comfortable and welcoming space, and you can truly tell how much she cares about the people who sit in her chair. She takes her time, listens, and makes sure you leave feeling confident and taken care of. It’s more than just a haircut — it’s the whole experience. Ashton is professional, kind, and incredibly talented at what she does. I always leave impressed.

Ali at Tune Up on 82nd is the best! Always friendly, always takes care of me, always does a fantastic job on my hair and beard. I never feel rushed when I am sitting in her chair. Highly recommend.

Had a haircut scheduled for today. I believe the stylists name was Ashton or something similar. Awful service. Was told the hair cut I wanted was stupid even after asking professional opinion and being told ‘ idk, it’s your hair’. Stylist was extremely rude and belittling to the cut I asked for. She spoke in a passive aggressive manner to others around me, about me. Who does this?? I’ve never experiencing anything like it. Will not be returned and do not recommend. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

My boyfriend was looking for a haircut with a decent price but capable of doing what he was looking for; we were running errands and just stopped by because we had heard great things. I was going to wait in the car while he went in and then he came back and told me to come in with him. Little did I know that they have a bar and wonderful waiting area, my boyfriend was getting his haircut by Addison and it looked GREAT!! And Emma (the bar manager) is absolutely amazing company and even helped me in an awkward situation with another guest while I was just enjoying my cocktail. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and you won’t be disappointed by the experience you’ll have here!
