Absolutely amazing service?, Raven cut my hair and beard to the perfect lengths and style for the first time in maybe 10+ haircuts anywhere else. And Shiloh did an amazing job giving top tier recomendations and drinks to die for. Probably my best haircut in 10 years. Will certainly be returning.

This barbershop is amazing. I used their online check-in system and it was very convenient. However, I had some trouble finding the location because Google maps was not accurate. I called the barbershop and they were very friendly and helpful. They gave me clear directions and apologized for the inconvenience. When I arrived, they greeted me warmly and and to my surprise offered me two complimentary drinks of my choice. I was impressed by their hospitality and generosity. The haircut itself was also superb. The barber listened to my preferences and gave me a stylish and professional look. She also gave me some tips on how to maintain it. Used to be a great place over the year with a nice atmosphere and great people. Unfortunately, something has changed recently. One staff member in particular who handled appointments and also worked the bar was rude and unprofessional. She refused to give her name and spoke with an attitude. We arrived just one second past the 10 minute grace period and fully understood we might have to wait longer. Instead, she canceled all our appointments without asking and had us wait for hours before telling us. When confronted, she tried to talk her way out of it until another coworker admitted we were in the right and offered a discount for next time. We declined.
