TULIP NAILS AND SPA

Came here to get a soak off . Told them I’d come back later to get my nails done cause I was in a rush . She assured me she had time to do the soap off quickly . She was multitasking between four other people which is extremely disgusting and decided to take me anyway despite me being in a rush. Trying to make her money , I get it . After about 40 minutes of sitting there for a soak off, I asked her if she could please sit down and finish helping me take off my nails so I could leave. She became very upset. She was obviously very overwhelmed with every client she was trying to complete at once . I asked her to calm down , she got more upset and she kicked me out of the nail salon with my nails half soaked off. On my way out I attempted to take a Picture of the complaint sign to make a repo

I like the gel nails set it last 3 weeks and very pretty got lots of compliments

I have 2 girls that went here, the first paid 65 tip and all and her nails are great (silver and nude), the second (red fench) turned out awful and the lady charged 70(that was with no tip). The red lady did some awful hearts and the nails are not consistent at all, different thickness, shape, and the were not at all what she wanted. The nail tech just kept saying she should get them the way she had hers but that wasn't what my daughter wanted and she wanted coffin shaped these are square. Needless to say we will probably not be coming back.

I visited this nail shop for the first time today and asked for a soak-off for my nail polish. The technician (who is of Asian descent) said she could do that, but once I sat down, she began using a machine instead. I explained that the machine makes my nails too soft and asked her to stop, but she ignored me and continued. When I asked if she was listening, she responded “no” in English. It felt like she was pretending not to understand me, even though she clearly did. The lack of communication and disregard for my request made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing. I won’t be returning.

Decided to give this place a second try but I don’t think I’ll be back. Came in for dip removal and a manicure. I was in and it in 20 minutes. Dip removal was good but she was so quick on the manicure. So I thought she would just charge me for something cheaper. But got charged for a manicure. I pointed to their price list that showed it included a hand massage and she tried to lotion my hands at the register with the lotion they had up there. My hands still have the residual dip and acetone on them.
