Tu Moda Spa for Beauty and Wellness

After a poor experience, it’s unfortunate this business doesn’t respond to the feedback they request. I truly value the moments when I can unwind and enjoy a massage, as the expectation is that this time should be restorative and relaxing for the client. I’d like to suggest offering a “quiet” or “non-talking” option for massage sessions. I regularly choose Tu Moda for spa services, but during my recent visit, my therapist spoke at length about personal matters throughout the appointment. While I understand that everyone needs someone to talk to, I come to Tu Moda as a client seeking relaxation—not as a therapist. I paid for a relaxing service & unfortunately, I left feeling drained rather than refreshed. What was meant to be a calming experience became emotionally taxing, and I believe a

OVER PRICED & UNDER SERVICED :( I booked a facial for 1:30pm- that was slotted for 75 minutes $140. 15 minutes of that 75 minutes time is supposed to be for getting ready and/or consulting about the service.(which I didn’t know) - The aesthetician came to get me at 1:35pm. The facial began at 1:41pm. She was nice, but it was ALOT of foot & hand massage, which is generally amazing, but I was really paying money for a facial that I desperately needed. The aesthetician then informed me that it was over and to meet her outside. I looked down at my phone and the time was 2:34pm- I understand the short consultation, but I didn’t even get a full 60 minutes of service. I know it sounds Like 7 minutes short isn’t a lot but at $140 every minute kind of counts and we could’ve done so much more fo

My daughter had her hair cut there recently and we walked in using a photo for reference, the stylist who did her hair did a fantastic job. Everyone was complimenting it as we were walking out and my daughter was over the moon happy with the entire experience. The inside and outside of the salon is beautiful and clean. Very nice comfortable atmosphere. I will be going back again and again!

Beautiful decor and atmosphere. I love how I can reserve the steam shower before my massage or facial. So perfect! Always get the best facials and massages here!

The thrill is gone. Mistakes have occurred booking appointments via the phone. Inaccurate information re services (a facial vs a "treatment") in addition to other scheduling or rescheduling practices. I do appreciate the compensation which was offered after one error, but two booking mistakes followed immediately after. So not sure I will be returning.
