I entered the salon with a positive attitude, excited for a relaxing experience. The hairstylist who washed my hair did a great job massaging my scalp and using shampoo to clean it. I was impressed and planned to tip her well and leave a positive review for the salon. However, when it came time to rinse my hair, she did a good job on the sides but neglected the middle and back of my scalp. I didn't feel any water going through my roots, so I asked her to rinse it properly. She called over a colleague who spoke English and mumbled something in Spanish. I was disappointed with the lack of good customer service in that moment. I had already explained to the stylist that I only needed a rinse, not another shampoo, as I didn't want any buildup. I have always had a good experience here. I’ve had my hair washed conditioned straight curly and even cut into a bob. My hair last so long when I go here. I have very soft curly hair and the blow out can last me almost a month if I wrap it up every night.

I love this place I've been going here now for about 6 months and I have been taking my granddaughter to get her hair done we both just get out here silk press but the wonderful part is when Marcia washes our hair the way she scrubs your head it makes you want to go to sleep it feels so wonderful and then the outcome of the silk press is awesome both of our hair is growing tremendously because it's like if she treats it with love and that's what you look for when you go to get your hair done not just someone washing your hair but someone who loves to do hair and her customer service skills is out of this world she makes you feel so comfortable and I love her accent. Love the Salon. Fair prices and the ladies that work there are really friendly and have great customer service. And they always leave my hair looking Beautiful.
