A horrible experience today at this salon. I have been one other time prior and it was a good experience which is why I chose to come back. There are dozens of nail salons in the area, it does not do you any good to overcharge or be rude to your customers. The 2 nail techs who worked on myself and my daughter were visibly very annoyed from the very beginning, although I do not know why. We were nothing but nice and were very excited to come today as we leave for vacation and only get our nails done a few times a year. I showed the tech a very simple picture of a light pink oval nail shape that I wanted and she proceeded to tell me they don't have that color. Made no suggestions to try and assist me further. She mocked me when I asked for a particular shape and proceeded to be overly rough

I've been going to TTC for my nails for a few years now. I started going regularly in 2023 and have had okay experiences each time, so I kept coming back. I've had full sets of both dip and acrylic, along with manicures and pedicures, here before. I've had a few experiences where I've had to get my nails redone due to them not being cured properly, and the manager was very nice about fixing them each time. This last time, though, put me off pretty badly. I went in to get a full set of acrylic refills on August 7th. I had gotten my nails done by my own nail tech about a month before, and I explained that I came because she wasn't available and that two of my nails were glued to the bottom because they were lifting. I did pedicures n medicare Which I thought was the classic for $40 and eyebrows was 20 But I paid 78 thought that was more expensive then last time I did the exact service day 2 of my nails already chipping will only come here for eyebrows! Giving 3 stars because eyebrows was done perfectly

Evon is amazing! I’m always so indecisive when it comes to my nails, and she’s incredibly patient, and helpful with her suggestions. She really takes her time to make sure you leave happy—and I always do! Her work is beautiful and detailed every single time. While her English isn’t perfect, she’s sweet, honest, and always trying to learn and improve. I genuinely appreciate how much she cares about her clients. I highly recommend Evon and the entire staff at TTC Nails—they’re all so talented and welcoming!

Very excellent services! Priced made clear! ATM on site/venmo available too van is so helpful to book your appointment! Julie is my go to she’s so funny and kills it every time
