My sister asked for matte back coffin nails and a botch job was done. I’m on a time limit and have to be at work and we don’t have time to get them fixed. They were only willing to take $10 off of a $300 bill and proceeded to argue. I was really happy with the service until this. Some of her nails aren’t coffin, she was told that she couldn’t have matte and they left acrylic under her nails and she had to peel it off. Absolutely rude service from the manager.

I’m not usually one to complain let alone leave a bad review, but a friend & I walked in yesterday for two appointments. I wanted a purple ombré and my friend wanted pink ombré. We both asked for different shaped nails, of course. Upon entrance, the staff were really nice but once I got sat down with my nail tech I told him what I wanted. My friends nails look great, mine however don’t look so good. A couple of mine are crooked, and when I told him that he argued with me and said they weren’t. The blending is not smooth at all, he left acrylic on my fingers and under my nails, and he also cut me on my left thumb. I’m positive that the other nail techs are really good, but not this guy. The salon was beautiful and relaxing. I got a full set with Te, who did such an amazing job. She is pleasant, helpful, and so good at what she does. While Te worked on my hands, Sophia worked her magic, doing a Deluxe Pedicure, on my feet and legs. It was phenomenal. This place is awesome. The staff is amazing. The price was almost too good to be true. Thank you ladies! I will be returning.

I had a great experience at TT. Loved the country music and amazing service. They gave me just what I wanted and asked no questions. I got a simple get manicure and it took about 30 minutes!! Best experience I have had in Siloam and will definitely be coming back.
