I have been going to this nail salon for a long time because I absolutely love Quinn. She is always kind and does an amazing job. Unfortunately, my most recent experience with the owner was very disappointing. I called ahead to make an appointment for both my mom and me. When we arrived, he said he thought the appointment was only for one person. Instead of simply explaining the misunderstanding, he spoke to us very rudely in front of my mother and other customers, repeatedly telling us to make sure next time we say we are bringing two people. It was very embarrassing and unnecessary. I have tried to support this business by bringing more people with me, but this was not the first time he has spoken to us this way. My family and I visit here for the whole summer and I found this nail salon because it was so conveniently close to our house here in Malletts bay. I called in the morning about an acrylic set with gel polish and they were able to get me in later that morning. The technician who took me was Quinn. I was SHOCKED at what an amazing job she did! She was so meticulous and patient with getting my nails the exact length and shape that I wanted. She took her time to ensure each nail was perfectly smooth and even before she applied the cuticle oil at the end—absolutely no rushing at all. The pricing was very reasonable and I told her, after I paid, that this is probably the best nails I’ve ever had done. My husband even commented when I got back, about how good they looked! I highly recommend

I been going for a few years when I visit on vacation- I was so disappointed to say the least in my manicure. My pedicure was fine and adequate. But my manicure was a dip color service. Every nail has a different oval shape. My middle fingers are by far the worst and the product on my nails are bumpy on some. I actually asked my husband when I got home and he can see the unevenness as well. Also at the salon I grumbled about the messiness and technician was rude to me and basically said that it is what it is because I believe he said my cuticles are dry. He didn’t put any lotion or oil on my nails at the end of my appointment and he rushed through the entire service. My cuticles are all raggedy and there is glue left over my nails. 1) establishment had cable news on at a very high volume- from where I was sitting I could hear the entirety of a politician’s speech and had to put headphones on at a pretty high volume to drown it out. Asked beforehand if they could mute the tv or at least turn it down (not even turn it off, just lower volume since they had the subtitles on so people could read it if they wanted ) and they refused saying it was “for all the customers.” While the programming was partisan I find the actual channel unimportant- whether it is CNN, FOX, or MSNBC, angry politicians and news reporters of any stripe ranting is not very spa like or relaxing in my view. 2) asked for the combo mani/pedi and they essentially tried to double dip- they did my fingernails while I was in the pedicure chair which is so

Quinn has been doing an incredible job on my nails. I get dip and I am insanely picky when it comes to my nails! I have zero complaints with T&T Nails.
