I was a walk in. Told the ppl working I wanted chrome nails and that I had Gel nails currently on. I asked if they could do both and how long it would take. I had to ask three different times on how long it would take because I didn’t have a ton of time and was happy to come back later. One of the girls called someone on her phone and said the girl would get to the salon soon? I should have left at this point but I stayed so some of this is on me. By the time the girl showed up I only had about 40 minutes left, I asked her before she started if that was even enough time. She said yes. I showed them the art work I wanted, expressed again that I wanted chrome like the photos. They took longer than the 40 minutes, told me a fresh set of gel would take over an hour … after working on my nai

Maybe one of the worst mani/pedis I've ever had. Maybe it's me, maybe they do not need new business. Maybe they are booked that much. The minute I walked in they were annoyed and rude..but since I had two gift certificates I figured let's give it a try. The pedicure took about 10 mins, the technician left skin hanging off the bottom of my feet and toes ...the manicurist cut me twice during a rushed no-chip. Three different people worked on me. I was in and out in less than 25 mins. It was not relaxing, they never smiled or even said how are you. So disappointing-- they definitely do not make you feel welcome nor do a thorough job. 24:hours and my nails are already chipping.

My daughters decided to get their nails done, we searched many nail salons who specialize in Gelx acrylics, TS Organic Nails was the place we heard so many good things and today we had appointments scheduled…, OMG ‼️ look at this beautiful Gelx nails with custom Art design , the nail technicians skills are amazing look at this beautiful art work . Oh boy the service and professionalism was top notch. My daughters were so happy with their newly extended Gelx nails. I wish all the success for your team , and honestly what a great place . Very racist! The minute I walked in with my niece, insant vibes of "we do not service you ". There were approximately only 3 customers being serviced. The remaining stations were empty. One of the nail techs stated something to another tech and a tech came from the back. The tech walks to the front and barely glance at a computer screen. The individual claims there was no availability. Really? Did I mention it was 3:30pm.... My niece is young and attends school in the area. I wanted to treat her to getting her nails done for the first time. Thank you for the horrible experience.

I hadn’t been to this nail shop in over six months, but now I remember why I didn’t like it the last time. I went in for a pedicure and a dip powder manicure with one repair. The girl doing my nails did a really uneven application; my nails looked lumpy. The tip she put on to repair a broken nail is shorter than all the other nails. She cut it too short, shaped it wrong, and it doesn’t match the rest of my nails. She didn’t put on enough coats of dip powder and as a result one of them broke almost immediately (two days). Then another one started to lift, and continually got worse until I finally had to cut it off. Also, the atmosphere is not very friendly. I definitely will not be going back.
