As a previous reviewer posted, the environment is very unwelcoming. I am a cosmo student that has been stopping by all the stores I now have access to just to get some product knowledge and idea on pricing and stuff. I have spent thousands of dollars already on new tools and products. I was getting lunch and saw the place and thought I would see what they have. Upon walking in they were on the phone and checking someone out and I walked by to go look at products. I walked up one isle and was about to walk down the other when someone asks from the front of the isle if I was licensed and I said no I'm a student, the whole thing. This is hands down the best place for professionals to get their product. Davines, goldwell, truss, Moroccan oil. Very friendly and welcoming environment. Gwen always takes her time helping to make sure I get what I need. 10/10 always stocked and clean.
