After selling multiple groupons for massage, including mine, the owner evidently decided she was not going to honor the purchase. I spoke to her about 2 months ago when I purchased it and still had time to get a refund and she said everything was fine. One day before my appointment that I cleared my calendar for a week earlier, she let me know she was not going to honor it. I understand rethinking a business decision and changing your plans or pricing but not on something you accepted and specifically approved. I have no idea whether or not her service is any good but if it mirrors her business practices I would say it's all sketch.
Dee is so friendly! Provided a professional and clean atmosphere. She’s now my official wax lady!
