trUe Salon and Color Cafe'

Absolutely loved my experience at trUe salon with Kaila today! I got a full foil, toner, shampoo, cut, blow dry and style. She gave me the most beautiful creamy blonde color and an awesome haircut with curtain bangs, layers, and lots of movement. I’m in love with it! It’s always so much fun to see Kaila, she’s so accommodating, fun, and sweet. Already booked my next visit to be back to trUe!

I decided to give this salon a try. Definitely not returning. Owner, Kevin, is nice and professional which is the reason for the extra star. He had great customer service skills from my first visit. I started with longer dark hair (about midway down my back) and I stressed the importance of keeping the length multiple times. Now my hair barely touches my shoulders. I wanted a blonde balayage, lighter roots than my dark color and light blonde bottom. I am left with a hideous, brassy penny color and my hair is so damaged. I told them countless times if they can’t do it don’t worry about it. I told them I was patient and I knew the bright blonde would take a bit to achieve since I had since a dark start. Absolutely amazing. Today was my 2nd visit and I will be coming back again. The stylist did a fabulous job. I got a cut and highlights. It was the most relaxing salon experience I've ever had. They are very thorough and take their time making sure your hair will be perfect. The simple hair washing was a thrilling and relaxing experience. Both visits I have left the salon extremely relaxed and satisfied. Prices are very reasonable and the salon has a great atmosphere. Perfect location with plenty of parking.

Patty at the front desk is always friendly, helpful and professional. Kaila and Eli (Elizabeth) are two stylists whom we use regularly. Kaila is amazing with cuts, blowouts and all around just confident and skilled at what she does. Eli has been great for my daughter who has curly hair. She gave us some really good pointers to help a tween get a better handle on controlling curl and frizz. I highly recommend this salon. I have had a lot of luck in Framingham before that. Great service for the money. Thank you to the amazing staff. I have been a customer 6 years.

I went in because I wanted a different haircut and few friends highly recommended the salon. I got an appointment the same day which was amazing! I was greeted by Patty and she was super nice and friendly!! I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted and the result was very far from that. The stylist didn’t convey confidence in her skills, which made me really nervous. The hair styling was just ok but I didn’t like the hair cut at all. I came out the salon with a pony tail and went straight to another hair salon to get the hair cut fixed. I’ve heard really good things about this place and the staff is very nice! They seem very knowledgeable in terms of hair color but if you want to try a new haircut, maybe this is not the place for you, or maybe I was just not lucky
