True REST Float Spa - Tempe

Nicole was lovely and ensured my friend and I had a wonderful and relaxing experience here. The oxygen bar was different and the salt room was pretty cool. I would recommend leaving your purse in the car if it's dark, my deep blue purse had salty streaks down the sides and the contents had some residue, I presume from my time in the float room. Definitely recommend, call about specials!

Love floating and used to love this place but it seems like standards have dropped a bit. The drain has been clogged the last couple times I went, so you're standing in dirty water in the shower. The racks have dark build up on them causing the towel to get dirty. The same towel I'm supposed to dry my clean, naked body with. I told them, but no one seems to care. They used to go above and beyond, and read notes and have the room ready for me, but now they ask me the same questions every time. I've floated literally hundreds of times here for years. I asked the manager one day about if there was a note on the account, and she was stressed and let it show, saying hurriedly and almost rude, "I didn't even check." I hope they get back to the basics of good customer service and get away fr

So happy to make it here today. I have been needing to get a float in for some time. Have been going to this location for many years. The gentlemen working today was welcoming and cordial as usual. He helps me with deciding the music, while comforting me in either choosing for me or assisting in my decision. I would recommend this location, with their friendly staff, clean and comfortable environment, and good vibes!

been here a lot over the years & it’s always been okay. today (12/29), i came w my family. the pod never told me when my float was starting, or over, like it usually does. maybe he forgot the press a button or something? lol, i heard the filter starting so i decided to get out— bc ik it usually does that when it’s over, but i never heard the speaker say a word. after taking a quick shower, like literally just rinsing off, i was getting dressed. the whole process probably took ~5 mins. behold, the scruffy employee proceeding to knock on my door 3x times within literally one minute, as i’m rushing to throw clothes on my wet body. going as fast as i can. i don’t see why you need to knock that many times in such a short span of time; the 3rd time he was acting all sassy-toned, “you need to get

I came in for my appt today and the gentleman at the front desk was extremely rude. He told me to leave after I indicated that I was not able to see the song choices and asked him to tell me what they were , he said it's right there and after that I told him he was very rude and u professional . I asked for the manager name or contact and he refused so I am posting this review instead. The other float locations have always been super nice and happy to help customers where this location it seemed like it was a bother from the moment I walked in . No hello no greeting or anything . I do not recommend this location at all
