True REST Float Spa

Such a great experience. The space was spotless, calm, and instantly welcoming. The owner was there and couldn’t have been kinder, which set the tone right away. I loved the private room—quiet, comfortable, and the temperature was just right. After the float, there’s a thoughtful little area to dry your hair and re-center before heading out. I finished with a cup of tea and a few minutes at the oxygen bar, which was the perfect way to ease back into the day. I’d absolutely go back.

This experience was amazing! I would 100% recommend it to everyone who wants a relaxing spa day. Both my wife and I got the Valentines Package and it was worth it!

Absolutely incredible place in Roseville, and a must-do for anyone interested in wellness, injury recovery, and mindfulness. I continue to be amazed by the wellness centers out here, and this place has exceeded my expectations in all regards. Their customer service is exceptional. They went above and beyond to accommodate my first time there. A bit of a back story: I recently got re-injured in a ski accident, and have been incorporating new practices in my recovery. The float tanks are wonderful for calming your muscles and mind. As you know, recovery is so mental!! I had the pleasure of meeting DeAnna at the front desk when I came in, she was super friendly and helpful sharing what the spa has to offer. I honestly had zero expectations and was just open to a new experience. This place has a peaceful Zen energy, and I was eager and excited to schedule my first experience. 💖✨ All I can say is It was truly magical! Amazing!! I came in for a 60 min float and as a pregnant mama it was exactly what I needed to refresh and reset. Being pregnant, I’ve had lots of back pain and extra weight and being in the pod was so incredible for that, I felt instantly relaxed and I’m so excited to see how my body responds in the following days to the tension release. I also got to relax in the lounge area, had some delicious tea, drew in a coloring book, and mostly just sat and soaked up all the time I had in peace and quiet. Again this has been incredible. Memberships are 100% worth it.
