True REST Float Spa

This was my first time experiencing a float spa, and overall it was a really unique and relaxing experience! The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming from start to finish. No need to bring or worry about a bathing suit—you float completely nude, which adds to the sense of freedom and comfort. Before your session, they walk you through an orientation video, which does a great job of building excitement and setting expectations. You also get to choose your float style—music the whole time, silence, or a mix of both. I chose 15 minutes of music followed by 45 minutes of quiet, which was perfect for easing into total relaxation. In your private room, the float pod is ready and bubbling with a heavy concentration of Epsom salt. You’re given earplugs to wear before showering and getting

The best float tank experience I've had in the US. It's clean, well set-up, convenient, and tranquil. I had a great float, the staff were friendly and helpful but not pushy. I will be back for sure.

Incredible first experience here! I’d wanted to try it for the longest time and finally did after feeling like not much else was truly helping me calm my anxiety and nervous system. After my first float yesterday I can say it truly lowered my anxiety calmed me at my core!! Highly reccomend trying it at least once if you are looking for something deeply relaxing. The staff was great too very welcoming and helpful to explain it all.

We decided to head north for a little reset and relaxation, and True REST Float Spa in Palm Beach Gardens provided just the space we needed. I visited with a good friend, and we both enjoyed a one-hour float session. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in, and the space was clean and well-maintained—which is always a top priority. We also tried the oxygen bar, which was a nice bonus to round out the visit. The environment was peaceful and gave us a chance to unwind and catch up in a serene setting. As someone who's experienced other float spas, I did notice that the float pod had a slightly stale scent and lacked the additional small touches—like essential oils—that we’ve seen at other locations.
