True REST Float Spa

The most maddening experience. If I could give NO STARS I would. I have floated before, but not with you all. This was my boyfriend’s very first exposure to floating. Our appointment time was at 10:45. We got there at 10:26. As soon as we walked in, the person sitting behind the counter became argumentative and told us that our float would be cut short because we were late. My boyfriend explained that he got a text about an hour prior to the appointment that if we were 15 MINUTES PAST our appointment time our time would be cut short. He had his phone to show the text and the person said “Yeah well you got an email that didn’t say that” . So you guys need to stick to a script that is very clear for your first time costumers. Experience feels luxurious from start to finish. It is really clean which is important to me. Staff genuinely cares about explaining the whole process to newcomers and making sure your float is the best it can be. A little mini getaway from reality for a short time makes for excellent “me time.” 🩷

What an amazing experience! Friendly knowledgable staff, clean and secure pod room, comfortable lounge, yummy caffeine-free hot tea, and refreshing oxygen bar. It was simple to check in and out. I very much enjoyed my first float and look forward to going back using an affordable membership!

The consultant who greeted me was so very informative and conversational! I apologize that I have forgotten that person's name. The FLOAT and oxygen bar experience was out of this world. It truly is a weightless REST. The oxygen bar is so helpful! I had the lemongrass and it was very pleasant! If I lived closer, I'd definitely be getting a membership! Thank you!

My husband purchased this experience for us when I was eight months pregnant, intending it to be something relaxing we could enjoy together. Unfortunately, due to unpredictable circumstances surrounding late pregnancy and delivery, we were unable to use the sessions within the original timeframe and had to request extension. Despite explaining the situation, we were later told that the sessions are now expired and cannot be used, meaning we paid for an experience and are receiving nothing in return. This was extremely disappointing, especially given the circumstances and the face that the service itself was never rendered. I understand that businesses have policies but some flexibility and compassion particularly in such situations would have gone a long way. As it stands, the experience
