True North Massage

Sheila is professional, punctual, and gifted in the art of therapeutic massage. She has clearly spent time and effort perfecting her craft. The monthly appointment I make with her is the best thing I do for myself. I am a public school teacher and I absolutely rely on True North Massage for the self-care I need to keep me thriving in the classroom. When I thrive, so do my students. I am eternally grateful for every minute I have spent on Sheila's table. It is where stressed caterpillars become relaxed butterflies.

I received an excellent massage by Sheila; not my first, but it's about time I posted a review. I have always found that Sheila strikes a great balance between providing therapeutic relief through technical skill and facilitating a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Her new studio in Gresham is great and I had no trouble finding it.
