True Essence

I've been going to Karen for my massage therapy needs for years and referred countless friends and family, all with glowing feedback. Karen's a great listener and asks the right questions to understand how she needs to focus her massage skills to fix all the kinks and knots that are plaguing me and I walk out refreshed and rejuvenated. She's massage therapy at it's best - couldn't recommend Karen more! During the covid pandemic, I've appreciated how Karen provides a safe experience - temp check, double masks, 1:1 interactions.

Karen is a wonderful massage therapist and human being! She is excellent at intuiting what you need, but is also a great listener. I always leave her feeling better, calmer, healthier (mentally and physically)! I would wholeheartedly recommend her.

Karen has profound skill as a body worker. Her hands are strong and intuitive. I have come to Karen on multiple occasions with back pain and neck tension. She systematically focuses on each muscle of the body so that when she’s done I feel pulled apart and put back together, always floating out of the room. I can’t recommend Karen highly enough, she has helped me tremendously and is a true talent in her work.

Karen is extremely good at finding and treating what your body needs the most, in a professional, helpful way. She is by far the best massage therapist I’ve had over many years, I can wholeheartedly recommend her. Her studio is calming and quiet, very restorative.

This is somehow under my husbands account, but I had to share how amazing Karen is. I’ve even gone so far as to nickname her “magic hands” when I’m talking about her. She is professional, takes time to listen, finds and helps release tension wherever I’m holding it, and genuinely cares about her clients. I can’t recommend her highly enough. She’s the best!
