I’d give her a zero star if it was an option, she lied when I first called saying they have TONS of hair extensions in stock. We get there and there’s a man there who doesn’t really know what’s going on - like he was just left there with no training or anything - he tells me his wife on the phone says they can order my other two packs and they will be there SAME day well it’s four days later and I have two (20peice) packs of 18 in black hair and one pack (10 - supposed to be 20) FOURTEEN INCH light pink hair and 20 inch (10 instead of 20) hot pink. I tell the lady and she started getting rude with me telling me it’s the manufacturer faults and she doesn’t look at them before she gives them to customers. Victoria was very much helpful in showing me what hair I needed. My hair arrived the next morning right in time for my friends wedding. I will definitely be using her again.

I was a little hesitant after seeing some of these reviews. However I went and had them show me there license. The lady was so nice she showed me their insurance and everything like there was no problem. It was my first time getting a sew in as a Caucasian girl. I was horrified. Victoria did an amazing job. It looks so pretty. I will be going back for a wig install next. I’m loving this new look. Thank You Victoria.

I enjoyed getting my sew in done by Victoria. She took her time and informed me of the process because I’ve had issues with hair thinning due to my medicine and other beauticians not installing correctly. Her place was very clean, organized and comfortable. I will be returning once it’s time to get it redone and to get my hair products. Go support her and her store in Winchester VA

This shop was such an awesome experience. Victoria was such an amazing person the time and care she gave me in helping me find a style and she was so nice and got me in immediately for a wig install. She took time and helped me in ways I can't even explain she gave me a true spa beauty experience. I will continue to use her in my beauty routine.
