Claudia is amazing every time and every service I've gotten, I send all my friends here for waxing and facials. You can tell that she cares about what she does and has a very gentle energy. Very affordable as well and I like to treat myself to her scrubs as well. Highly recommend

I started going to True Beauty at the beginning of 2024. Conveniently located, clean space, and excellent service. With this type of service, you want someone that is professional, and will make your appointment as comfortable as possible. Claudia is THE BEST!!!

For the most part, my experience with Claudia has been great. She’s very professional, nonjudgmental (I had a really bad experience with European wax ladies being rude), and good at what she does. I have been going to her for about 2 years now with no issues except for this last time. After my appointment, I got a stye in my eye and my leg got a cellulitis infection which triggered an immune response requiring treatment with antibiotics and steroids. Which was unfortunate as I had upcoming travel for a big wedding and was sick during most of it. At this appointment, it did feel a bit more aggressive than all my previous appointments; not sure if she used new products or did not properly clean between clients. Claudia simply the Best. She is friendly and as Nice as can be. She always makes you feel welcome and do anything she can to make sure you're taking care of. She even squeezed my daughter in this past weekend for her first visit
