I highly recommend this spa for anyone in search of a professional and truly serene environment. After several hectic weeks, I booked a comprehensive body treatment including a scrub, wrap, and massage. The tranquil atmosphere immediately put my mind at ease, and I left feeling completely restored. A special thank you to Richard, whose expertise was evident throughout the session. He intuitively identified and addressed tension in my calves, quads, hips, and shoulders with great precision. This place was beautiful and the staff was lovely. However, I would not recommend it for prenatal massage. My husband bought the 60 minute prenatal massage as a gift and I had never had one before so I looked up what to expect. This experience was nothing like I read. When asked about areas to focus on I requested lower back and hips, which I assumed would be primary focus anyways. I was told that those areas were too sensitive to work on while pregnant and the massage consisted of primary a arms, legs and a scalp massage over a towel and blanket… I also requested pressure of 4 and it felt like a 1 or 2 and was told that they needed to do light pressure due to pregnancy. Absolutely wonderful experience! I booked a spa package that included a 90-minute massage, facial, manicure, and pedicure — and every service was exceptional. My appointments were perfectly organized so I felt relaxed and never rushed between treatments. The entire experience was as soothing and enjoyable as a spa day should be, and I left feeling like a million bucks from head to toe (literally!). As a visitor to the beautiful Bellevue–Seattle area, I couldn’t have chosen a better place to unwind. Truce Spa made my trip even more special — highly recommend to anyone needing a true reset and some well-deserved self-care.

I got the Escape Spa package and it was great! It’s like a 5 hour escape to paradise. My massage with Lisa, facial with Gia, and mani/pedi with Monir were all excellent experiences! My one word of advice is that the polish they have for the mani/pedi is not fast-drying and they don’t use a UV lamp to cure it, so be prepared for your nails to show minor imperfections when you get home.

One of the best massages I've ever had. My therapist intuitively knew where I needed the most attention and helped my body unwind and relax. Love the ambiance and manager too!
