I have been getting deep tissue massage every 2-3 weeks from Lesley for over a year. I really appreciate the trusting and relaxed atmosphere she has created in her space. Lesley is both kind and professional, and has a terrific knowledge of the body. She is able to pinpoint and explain the source of aches and pains, to recommend exercises and changes to your daily habits, and to relieve pain and encourage relaxation through massage. My visits with her are an essential part of my overall health and well-being.

I've been going to Lesley for six or more years. She is the only person who knows how to work the muscles in the human body and can work out all those tight muscles from ice skating, dance, or any other athletic pursuit I've tried. I've tried others but always go back to Lesley. I really don't know how I ever lived without it!! You've tried the rest now try the best!!

Lesley is amazing! Just had my first massage last night (after not having one in too long) and she literally worked magic. We spoke at length before hand discussing my problem areas and what I was hoping to get out of the massage. She's also a runner so she was very understanding of wear on the body from being active. I've already scheduled another massage for 2 weeks out. The room was very relaxing, and though we talked the entire time, I was completely relaxed by the sounds and smells. To put it simply but boldly: Lesley knows her stuff. She's my regular massage therapist, the one I rely on. I have sports, surgical, and repetitive stress injuries and she is highly qualified to work with me on their repercussions in my body. Lesley utilizes a variety of techniques: cranio-sacral, muscle therapy/neuromuscular, Swedish and more--adapting each session to the individual client's needs, and educating the client about how to support the massage work outside the session. I say this as a former muscle therapy/sports/myofascial massage therapist and current yoga instructor myself (and no, we aren't related in spite of the same last name).
