Tropical Touch Polaris

For awhile now I was looking for good spa that was affordable and that can help me out with the pain on my back. A good friend recommended me to tropical touch. I reached out and spoke to Lainey who was very helpful. She explained the process and pricing to me and was able to schedule an appointment right away. The pricing was affordable and the service was excellent. I appreciate your professionalism and will definitely recommend Tropical touch to family and friends who may need your services.

Had a session at the Polaris location. Very clean. Kiki was my Therapist and she was able to work deep into the muscle tissue and get some knots out. Location is clean. Staff is very nice and polite. Will return.

I had an incredible massage experience that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment the session began, the therapist (Brittney) was attentive, professional, and clearly very skilled. I came in with several stubborn knots in my shoulders and upper back from long hours at a desk, and they worked through every one of them with precision and care. The pressure was perfect and firm enough to really dig into the tight spots, but still relaxing and therapeutic. They knew exactly where to focus and took the time to check in with me to ensure I was comfortable throughout the process. By the end of the session, I felt lighter, more relaxed, and noticeably more mobile. Huge thank you to Brittney for your amazing work—you have truly gifted hands! I’ll definitely be back.

(Got the four hand for 45 minutes, non-tropical option). The techs were very friendly and the place was super clean but it was anything but relaxing. Maybe my issues were my fault since I seemed to be the first guest of the evening? I don't know. Maybe give them time to get their ducks in a row or actually be present for the massage as one of my two techs was late. They didn't put it against my total time, though. They definitely made sure I got the 45-minutes of attention I was paying for, at least. As far as technique, I came out stiffer in the areas they worked on than I went in. Both techs were pretty loud and unprepared. It all felt pretty slap-dash and hurried. I've had a lot of massages over the years and this would rank in the lower percentile in terms of a quality to cost ration.
