Tropical Tan

Really upset with Tropical Tan Palatine and the new management they have there. I currently have a membership there and it honestly seems pointless to even pay for one anymore. Beds in rooms 5 and 6 both have bulbs out as well as open sun. Open sun has had multiple bulbs out for weeks now. The staff have sent pictures to the manager of this and nothing has been done unfortunately. Staff have even posted instagram story’s promoting the beds and you can see the bulbs out in the photos. The fact that so many bulbs are out also makes me question when the last time these bulbs were even changed? I would also like to bring up the fact that on ttp social pages they have their operating hours but multiple times when i’ve gone to tropical tan the lights are off and nobody’s there? Just talked to manager ! What a wasting time ! She was so rude !! I really want to talk to the owner of this place !!! Going there for 3 years, they NEVER asked me for eye protection !! 3 years ! They asked me last week and i only has one time use eye protection and she told me I can not use these! She wants me to use theirs and i did not have my wallet on me, she started laughing, the front staff was horrible, has legs on the counter and talking to me ! What kind of people work there?!?!? Manager was un professional, did not resolve anything, she keep telling I worked here five years and you will only be talking to me !!! Very sad !! Why they never asked for eye protection before??? Why i can not use my eye protection ???? She did not answer my questions!!! She hang up the call !!! Me a

I wish I could give this a five star rating. I’ve been going for years… I live in town but travel and tour constantly. This is always been my go to for relaxation however, with the price increase the way they have at this establishment… it is no longer cost-efficient to even consider going! I travel coast to coast, and I can honestly say that for the price that they are charging, they don’t have enough to offer! Case in point there are several tanning salons. I go to that have beds that you choose between three different tan levels, their Bluetooth compatible, they have misting AND you choose a scent for aromatherapy while you tan! These beds range at about $45 a visit on the average… There is no way $30 a visit is a good idea in this advantage with the economy being what it is. I deal w
