My order was shipped to an incorrect address and was never received. I sent an email to customer service and have heard nothing. No one to answer phone calls in the middle of summer?! I've been a loyal customer for many years but that may change after I get refunded or my order gets re-sent.

I purchased the Reef Safe Sun Burn Cooler instant relief soothing after sun lotion at the beach for severe sunburn and it worked wonderful. Their product was the only one that I bought that actually worked. My only problem was that I left it in my car for 9 months and it had gone bad but that was my fault. When I called to ask them about it if it would be safe to use they, without hesitation, offered to ship me a replacement. I really appreciate their help and for having such a great product out there that actually works on severe sunburn. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I absolutely LOVE your products. I have sensitive skin, and your original lotions are the only lotions that are gentle enough that I have no reaction after using them. I am very fair skinned and usually always burn, but using your SPF 30 throughout the day, I never burn! Thank you for making a product that not only protects me and my family, but also protects our beautiful environment. Your dedication to science and our environment should be commended. You are the only sunscreen company that continues to R&D new ways to help the environment, and you keep your customers up to date and informed of your testing on your site. Kudos to you!

I love ReefSafe! I used a few of the products on my recent vacation in Hawaii and it was awesome. I had the biodegradable sunscreen spray SPF30, lipbalm w/SPF, lotion, mask defogger and biodegradable shampoo and conditioner with me on this trip. The snorkeling mask defogger was the best I've ever used. My husband and I were both really happy with all these products and are glad to be using stuff that doesn't harm the oceans or marine life.

Reef Safe is a great sunscreen. It is biodegradable sunscreen - perfect for keeping the environment safe.It absorbs very nicely without clumping or leaving streaks. We were Holly Hill and did not get a sunburn.The price was right and we would definitely purchase this product again.
